The short version

YOUmanize analyzes only public information you've voluntarily shared. We don't scrape private data, we don't track behavior outside public posts, and we don't sell or rent your data to anyone. You can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing Rachel@youmanize.ai.

What we collect

When you interact with this website, we may collect:

• Form submissions: If you submit the investor deck request form or newsletter signup, we collect the name, email address, and any other information you provide.
• Analytics: Privacy-respecting page-view data via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers.
• App data: The YOUmanize app (app.youmanize.ai) analyzes public profiles you voluntarily connect. The app's data handling is governed by its own terms; this policy covers the marketing website only.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to respond to your specific request (sending the investor deck, replying to a newsletter signup). Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are most useful. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use a small set of third-party services to operate this site:

• Netlify: Hosting and form submission handling.
• Cloudflare: DNS, CDN, and privacy-respecting web analytics.

Your rights (GDPR, CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email Rachel@youmanize.ai. We respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy materially, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and notify newsletter subscribers via email.
