YOUmanize™ is a woman-owned, woman-led company, majority-owned by Rachel B. Lee. It was not built from theory, it was built from seeing the same problem from two directions.

Joshua was building companies and watching high-performing leaders get overlooked in rooms they should have led. Rachel was inside the brand and messaging world, watching capable people struggle to communicate what made them different.

Different paths, same pattern: the people who should have been the obvious choice were not, because the market could not see them clearly.

I have spent my career on one half of a single question: how does the market actually see you. As a LinkedIn Top Voice, a former brand strategy leader at Microsoft and Gartner, and the strategic force behind how authority gets positioned, my work sits where clarity becomes momentum. At Microsoft I led the social strategy for Microsoft Inspire, drove more than a billion impressions, and won the Inspire Speaker Excellence Award. At Gartner I managed brand and marketing strategy for a fifty-million-dollar-plus business, including a complete brand identity overhaul and a multimillion-dollar digital campaign. I understand authority from the inside out, because I built it at scale for some of the biggest brands in the world. Now I bring that same precision to YOUmanize™, so any leader can see how they are read. I have been featured in The Washington Post, speak at conferences like Social Media Week, and serve as a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. I am also mom to Ava, stepmom to Jayden and Skylar, and dog mom to Frankie B. Lee.
