What is Human Credibility Intelligence?
Human Credibility Intelligence is the practice of measuring, structuring, and improving the trust signals AI systems use to decide which people and businesses to surface, cite, and recommend. It treats credibility as a measurable system rather than a subjective impression. Unlike SEO (which optimizes pages for search engines) or AEO (which optimizes content to be mentioned by AI), Human Credibility Intelligence measures the underlying credibility of the person or brand itself, across seven trust dimensions that AI models weigh when ranking sources.
02
How is YOUmanize different from AEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tools?
AEO and GEO tools (such as Profound, Otterly, and Athena) measure whether AI mentioned your brand. YOUmanize measures whether AI trusts your brand. AEO tracks a downstream metric — citation frequency in LLM outputs. YOUmanize measures the upstream signals that determine whether AI surfaces you in the first place. These signals are Authenticity, Consistency, Reciprocity, Relevance, Social Proof, Transparency, and Emotional Resonance. AEO is a mention monitor. Human Credibility Intelligence is the diagnostic and improvement system underneath.
03
How do large language models decide who to surface?
Large language models do not rank by keyword density or backlinks the way classic search engines do. They evaluate credibility through patterns of trust signals across the open web. When asked questions like "who should I trust on X," LLMs surface entities whose signals form a coherent and defensible pattern of credibility — authenticity of voice, consistency over time, third-party validation, clarity of positioning, and emotional resonance with the audience. YOUmanize measures these signals directly so you can see and improve them before they affect whether AI recommends you.
04
What are the seven trust signals YOUmanize measures?
YOUmanize measures seven psychological dimensions of professional credibility, each weighted by its measured impact on AI surfacing decisions. Authenticity measures alignment between your words, actions, and presence. Consistency measures whether people know what to expect from you over time. Reciprocity measures whether you give value before asking for attention. Relevance measures whether your voice maps to what your audience cares about. Social Proof measures third-party validation of your credibility. Transparency measures the clarity of your values, intentions, and boundaries. Emotional Resonance measures whether people feel something when they encounter your brand. The pattern across these seven signals matters more than any single one — and the specific weights are deliberately not published.
05
What is the YOUmanize Score?
The YOUmanize Score is a composite measurement of professional credibility, scored 0 to 100, calculated by analyzing observable patterns across your public presence. It places you in one of three tiers — Credibility in Formation (0 to 50), Recognized Credibility (51 to 80), or Established Authority (81 to 100) — based on the same signal patterns AI models weigh when deciding who to surface, recommend, or cite. Your score reflects how consistently your public presence signals credibility and trust over time.
06
How are the seven trust signals weighted, and why don't you publish the weights?
Each of the seven signals is weighted by its measured impact on AI surfacing decisions, refined as model performance data accumulates. We deliberately do not publish the specific weights because operators who know the formula tend to optimize for the formula instead of building real credibility. The system is designed to measure the pattern of genuine credibility, not the inputs you can game. Sustained coherence is the goal — not maximizing a number.
07
What are confidence bands?
Confidence bands indicate how much observable public evidence is informing your score. Low confidence reflects 1 to 5 indexed sources — early directional insight. Medium confidence reflects 5 to 10 sources — multiple platforms confirming each other. High confidence reflects 10 or more sources — comprehensive evidence base. A higher confidence band does not mean a better person; it means the credibility pattern is supported by more evidence. As more sources are connected, confidence upgrades automatically.
08
What are the three credibility tiers?
Credibility in Formation (0 to 50) means your signals exist but are inconsistent — AI cannot yet form a confident recommendation. Recognized Credibility (51 to 80) means AI surfaces you in some contexts but you are not the default answer; most expert operators sit in this tier for years without realizing it. Established Authority (81 to 100) means AI recognizes you as a default source on your topic and surfaces you consistently. Movement between tiers is observable in weeks, not months, when the underlying signals are addressed deliberately.
09
What data sources does YOUmanize analyze?
The first version of the YOUmanize Score analyzes your LinkedIn profile and recent activity. Additional public-presence platforms — including company website, podcast appearances, published articles, and other social platforms — are being integrated. YOUmanize only analyzes public information you have voluntarily shared. The platform does not scrape private data, track behavior outside public posts, or use customer data to train external models.
10
Who is YOUmanize built for?
YOUmanize is built first for founder-led and service-based B2B businesses whose growth depends on the credibility of the people behind them. Typical users include consultants, fractional executives, advisory firms, expert-led services, executive coaches, and any operator whose authority is part of the buying decision. The platform expands to mid-market and enterprise teams that need credibility coherence across customer-facing roles. YOUmanize is not built for anonymous brands, e-commerce catalogs, or businesses where individual human credibility is not a buying signal.
11
Who built YOUmanize and why?
YOUmanize was co-founded by Rachel B. Lee and Joshua B. Lee. Rachel is a former Microsoft and Gartner leader and a LinkedIn Top Voice. Joshua is a 17-time founder, a former Yahoo and MySpace operator who managed nearly $1 billion in digital advertising spend, and one of the most-followed voices in LinkedIn audience growth. Both are co-owners of StandOut Authority, the personal authority consultancy that field-tested the YOUmanize methodology with clients including John Assaraf and Peter Diamandis. StandOut Authority revealed the credibility problem at the human-by-human level. YOUmanize is the system built to solve it at scale.
12
What is the Credibility Advisor "Alice"?
Alice is the AI Credibility Advisor inside the YOUmanize platform. After your Score is calculated, Alice explains in plain language which of the seven trust signals are strong, which are leaking credibility, and what specific actions will move your Score most efficiently given your stage and audience. Alice operates as an interactive coach — you can ask follow-up questions, request explanations of any signal, and get tailored next steps. Alice is not a generic AI assistant; her recommendations are grounded in your specific signal profile and the YOUmanize methodology.
13
What is Predictive Content Performance Modeling?
Predictive Content Performance Modeling is a feature that simulates how a piece of content will perform before you publish it. The model uses agent swarm simulation — multiple AI agents representing different audience segments evaluate the content and predict response patterns. This lets you see expected engagement, credibility impact, and audience resonance before publishing, then compare predicted performance against actual results after publishing. The gap between prediction and reality is what the system uses to continuously refine both your content strategy and the model itself.
14
How often does the YOUmanize Score update?
The YOUmanize Score updates on demand and tracks changes over time. As your public presence changes — new posts, new engagement patterns, new third-party validation — the underlying signal scores recalibrate. You can request a fresh analysis at any point, and the platform stores your Score history so you can see exactly how each change moved which signals. Most users see measurable Score movement within 7 to 30 days of taking deliberate action on the recommendations Alice provides.
15
How accurate is the predictive content model?
The predictive content model is calibrated against actual publishing outcomes from the YOUmanize user base and the StandOut Authority client portfolio, which together represent more than fifteen years of human authority data. Accuracy improves with every published piece of content, because each user interaction strengthens the model and improves signal validation. The model is most accurate for content types it has seen most frequently — currently LinkedIn long-form posts, articles, and short-form thought leadership. Accuracy on newer content surfaces improves as the dataset expands.
16
How is YOUmanize different from LinkedIn growth tools?
LinkedIn growth tools optimize for follower count, engagement rate, and reach. YOUmanize optimizes for credibility — the pattern of trust signals that determines whether AI and human buyers consider you a default source. A LinkedIn growth tool might tell you to post more frequently or use specific hooks. YOUmanize tells you whether your authenticity is leaking, whether your social proof is misaligned with your stated positioning, and whether your emotional resonance is strong enough to be remembered. Different metric, different decision system, different outcome.
17
How is YOUmanize different from personal branding coaches and consultants?
Personal branding coaches and consultants deliver authority work one client at a time, typically as a high-touch service over months or years. YOUmanize is the system that takes the same methodology and makes it measurable, repeatable, and accessible at scale. The founders co-own StandOut Authority, one of the personal-authority consultancies that informed the YOUmanize methodology — so the platform is not a replacement for high-touch consulting at the enterprise level, but it makes the underlying diagnostic, prediction, and optimization layer available to operators who could not otherwise afford a consulting engagement.
18
How does YOUmanize handle privacy and data?
YOUmanize analyzes only public information you have voluntarily shared on platforms like LinkedIn. The platform does not scrape private data, does not track behavior outside public posts, and does not sell user data. Customer data is not used to train external models. The platform stores your Score history and analysis results to allow longitudinal tracking, and you can request data export or deletion at any time. Privacy and data practices are designed for B2B operators who care about how their professional information is used.
19
What is a good YOUmanize Score?
A good Score depends on context, but as a working benchmark: a YOUmanize Score above 70 — placing you in the Recognized Credibility tier or higher — is the threshold for being a credible default answer in AI-surfaced search and recommendation. Most operators with real expertise score in the 55 to 70 range without optimization, because the signals exist but are not yet structured deliberately. Established Authority (81 and above) is uncommon, durable once reached, and rare in any specific niche — meaning the operators who get there often own AI surfacing in their category for years.
20
What does YOUmanize cost?
Pricing tiers are being finalized for the public launch. The platform is currently in early access for select founder-led and service-based B2B operators. Pricing will be structured around three primary tiers: a subscription tier for founders, service-led SMBs, and consultants; a mid-market and enterprise tier with customized credibility coherence across teams; and an API and licensing tier for integrations with CRMs, sales tools, agencies, and operator networks. A certification and ambassador program is also being developed for practitioners who want to deliver YOUmanize-informed work to their own clients.
21
Can YOUmanize be deployed across an executive team or sales organization?
Yes. The platform supports team workspaces where every executive, board member, or customer-facing role gets their own credibility score, signal pattern, and personalized coaching from Alice. The organization rolls up to a coherence dashboard showing where the team's collective trust signals reinforce or contradict each other. Team and enterprise deployments are scoped through a 30-minute conversation — pricing is tailored to team size, modules deployed, and security requirements. See youmanize.ai/for-teams for the team product, or email Rachel@youmanize.ai to start the conversation.
22
Does YOUmanize support SSO, enterprise authentication, and security controls?
Yes. Enterprise team deployments support single sign-on via SAML and OAuth, role-based access controls, and admin governance for organizational workspaces. Enterprise contracts include explicit data ownership, privacy, and security clauses. YOUmanize only analyzes public information voluntarily shared by team members; no private data scraping, no behavioral tracking outside public posts, no customer data used to train external models.
23
How is YOUmanize priced for individuals vs. teams vs. enterprise?
Individual subscriptions are self-serve at app.youmanize.ai. Team and enterprise pricing is tailored — scoped through a discovery conversation that covers team size, modules deployed (executive credibility, sales team coherence, employee advocacy, recruiting), and security and governance requirements. Most enterprise conversations close to a quote within one week of first contact. The model accommodates founder-led businesses on subscription, mid-market teams on customized contracts, and enterprise deployments on negotiated terms.
24
Where does the YOUmanize methodology come from?
The YOUmanize methodology was developed inside StandOut Authority over more than a decade of one-on-one work with founders, executives, and operators including John Assaraf and Peter Diamandis. The seven trust signals were not theorized in a research paper — they were observed, tested, and refined across thousands of hours of real client work in which the founders watched specific signal patterns predict specific business outcomes. The shift to AI-surfaced discovery made the methodology urgent at scale, which is why StandOut Authority became the proving ground and YOUmanize became the productized system.
