The short version

YOUmanize™ analyzes public profiles and public evidence. We do not scrape private data, we never log in as you, we do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and our marketing website uses only aggregate interaction data to understand page clarity when that measurement is enabled. You can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing Rachel@youmanize.ai.

What we collect

When you interact with this website, we may collect:

• Form submissions: If you submit the demo request, investor deck request, enterprise inquiry, or newsletter signup, we collect the name, email address, and any other information you provide.
• Page analytics: Aggregate page-view data through a self-hosted analytics system. No third-party analytics host receives this behavioral data.
• Aggregate interaction maps: On key marketing pages, we may collect anonymized click and scroll patterns through a self-hosted analytics system. This helps us see where visitors get stuck or what they miss. We do not record individual session replays, and form inputs and personal text are masked.
• App data: The YOUmanize™ app (app.youmanize.ai) analyzes public profiles and public evidence. The app's data handling is governed by its own terms; this policy covers the marketing website only.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to respond to your specific request, such as booking a demo, sending the investor deck, replying to an enterprise inquiry, or confirming a newsletter signup. Analytics and interaction-map data are used in aggregate to understand which pages are clearest and where the site needs better explanation. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use a small set of third-party services to operate this site:

• Netlify: Hosting and form submission handling.
• Cloudflare: DNS and CDN.
• Self-hosted Matomo: Aggregate heatmap, click, and scroll-map software operated on infrastructure we control when measurement is enabled. Behavioral data is sent only to our self-hosted analytics endpoint, not to a third-party analytics host.

Aggregate interaction maps and opt-out

When enabled, we use aggregate interaction maps only to understand whether this website is clear. IP addresses are anonymized, tracking cookies are disabled, Do Not Track is honored, and session replay is disabled. You can opt out for this browser at any time.

Your rights (GDPR, CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email Rachel@youmanize.ai. We respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy materially, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and notify newsletter subscribers via email.
