Today, authorized organization operators can see working Scores and progress for people in their workspace. Signal-level diagnosis stays behind subject review. Guarded standing is a separate view: it includes only confirmed, consenting participants, fails closed when any requirement is missing, and compares verified public evidence, never human worth.

The control model we are building
Each person should see their read first and choose what the organization can see. That employee-controlled model is in progress; it is not the default today.
Standing is governed. Human worth is not ranked.
A ranking can include only confirmed records from people who consented, using the governed admissible reading. Every ranking fails closed: if confirmation, consent, admissibility, or parity is missing, the record is absent. Any ranking visible to someone with power over you is visible to you.
